Position:                  Business/Executive Program Manager

Reports to:              COO/President

FLSA Status:           Exempt

Department:            Executives

Location/Shift:        Burlingame, CA / Day Shift


Essential Function:

Lahlouh, Inc. is looking for a Business Project Manager who will effectively collaborate with and support the COO/President, enabling the organization to run more smoothly.  The ideal candidate will succeed in helping to maximize productivity, streamline decision making, and supporting executive leadership.

This will be achieved by completing projects on time and under budget, managing processes methodically and strategically, plus communicating proactively.  With all that needs to be done in a single day, your responsibility is to ensure that our COO/President has the time and bandwidth to execute effectively.



Job Duties and General Expectations:

  • Coordinate and drive meetings and events, including All Hands meetings, Executive Team meetings and other event planning as needed
  • Preserve a high degree of discretion in handling confidential information, build and maintain a high level of trust within the company
  • Create project artifacts (plans, reports, dashboards, presentations, etc.)
  • Identify multi-functional dependencies, unblock roadblocks and foresee and mitigate potential risks
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization and trade-off discussions
  • Effectively and efficiently influence, lead and drive projects to resolution
  • Top notch planning skills and experiences with project management and productivity tools like MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project or Zoho preferred
  • Provide a high level of professional customer service to internal and external clients

Position Specific Skills & Competencies:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading projects with executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
  • Excellent presentation skills; prepare and deliver communications to varying audiences
  • Budget management experience
  • Direct hands-on experience working with and for C-level management


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP Certification or relevant experience
  • Project management experience at an established company with a strong PMO team
